i have xerox wc 5755 some day i have lot of paper jam in r3 section please help me friends lot of paper are waste please give me the solution

There can probably be 20 different causes if not more. The description of the problem is too vague to give you a good course of action.
Please list the jam faults you are getting.
To print out the last 40 fault codes:
Hold down the * button then press the Log in/out button.
This will give you a "Please enter your password and touch enter" screen.
Input code "734040" and select enter.
A fault history report will print out after 5-10 seconds.
You can also print out the last 250 faults if you use code "734250".
the report for 250 prints out 40-50 seconds after you hit enter.

have you tried to replace the fuser unit?
