The harddisk contain machine system software.
    You need to reload it.

You need to find out what software was loaded on there prior. Usually there is a service log on or in the machine. On the first tray of the older machines there is a hidden compartment. Let me see thru memory. Open the 1st paper tray and to the right side on the top there is a little door, put a car, house key and the door should pop open to the right. Look on the top where it shows what paper can go inside the tray, all the way over to the right on the same plastic piece is a little cutout push down. Either way there should be a configuration sheet of when it was installed and will have the software on it. Let me know which it is and will try my best to obtain it for you thru PM. Another option is to open the Network Controller and look at the Hard Drive and it should have what software was loaded on it.
