      Inspect NVMs 767-094 & 767-104.

      767-094: Geographic Setting 3= North America / Europe , 12= DMO, 15= Worldwide
      767-104: Contract type , 2= Sold, 3= Metered, 31= Neutral

Your options: buy and use the correct type of toner that your machine is set to or call Xerox Technical Support for a toner conversion.

These NVM locations are write protected ...how can I change it?

You can't change the NVMs in diagnostic mode. It needs to be done through Xerox. They need to program a chip that installs on your toner that is based on your serial # and your current meter reading. You remove the original toner chip and install the new one, that will reprogram the NVMs correctly.
