[Misc] WC 6605 Noisy Clicking sound

I have an intermittent noise on Xerox WC 6605 Its a clicking noise and seems to last for the full cycle of a copy i.e from pick up to paper exit. It appears to be coming from rear upper of mc and comes and goes.If I take fuser ITB and drum units out and reseat them all it goes and comes back a while later.All above units turn freely and all 4 drums have been replaced recently.New feed tyres were put in very recently and noise has seemed to have started after then.
Have noticed people reporting similar issues with this model on Xerox forums but no solutions yet.

Does the sound come from the lower right hand corner? If so look at the IBT assembly in that area and inspect the area. I just recently had one that was making noise and for whatever reason the IBT assy would not release. I had to manually release the belt assy and reseat. Once that was done I have not heard or have been called back for a noise. You can also trip the back door and run non duplex jobs out the back and check for noises or knocking sounds.
