Phaser 7760 skew or jam only from MPT

Check MPT in and out, no visual problem.
Pickup roller always try 2 cycles, looks like that the problem, any idea?

Also print internal test only in black.

    I have the service manual.
    Thanks

The pick up rollers cycle 2 times and the paper does not feed in properly? Have you tried installing new pick up rollers? Have you checked the paper path from paper feed to registration to see if there is anything blocking the paper or causing it to skew? Check for sticking feed clutch / solenoid.

No blocking or any other obstacles, paper skew as soon as the pickup roller start the 2nd turn, leading edge of paper still inside the mpt.

This is pretty common on machines as the MPT trays do not get used as much as the paper trays. There is something in there causing those skews and my bet is the MPT roller and pad. Even though it looks good visually, most likely dried out or there is a slit in the roller. Not being used as often it tends to collect dust, paper clip, staples, coffee, hair, soda, etc. Go into Tech Mode and run the solenoid to the MPT tray. Just replace the roller and sep pad. If that doesnt work you will need the Left Side Door Assy. It is easy to replace the roller and sep pad as well as the Door Assy. Buyer Beware if you are not purchasing this new.

        Hope this helps

          Conclusion:

The MPT solenoid was sticky, also the solenoid's spring needed help.

          Thanks you all for helping.
