Offset Catch Tray home position failure. Check the offset unit

thaks your replay... cleaned offset tray unit sensor again same issue,so need to be reset error....can i desable offset thay if its possible pls let me....

Does the offset tray move when you power the machine on? The motor should move the tray in and out of the sensor to check for home position. If it does not move, the problem is not the sensor, it is the motor that moves the tray in and out of the sensor. You can either have a bad motor, something blocking movement or power loss to the motor (possible poor connection from the OCT to the main copier (IOT). If the tray does shift on power on but the code still comes up, check the sensor for proper position and check the actuator is positioned correctly to activate the sensor. The error is reset by powering off / on. If you power off / on and the code is still there, the reason for the code has not yet been repaired.
