Strange Docucolor 252 losing cyan across part page

I wonder if you guys can help? I have a Dc252 losing cyan across the whole lenth of the page in two stripes. The dead areas dont move. I have chaged the imaging drum, cleaned the optics above the imaging drum and the developer drum is turning and apperes to have toner down the whole lenth of the worm drive. The rest of the page is fine on cyan and all other colours are correct. Is there anything im missing?amp026.jpg

Do a solid print in just cyan,
or print out this test page - http://www.jtek.co.uk/images/pdf_doc...2015020301.pdf
and post it please.
I have a feeling that if the missing bit is about 3 -4 inch in from one side and goes the length of the page it's probably ROS unit that needs a clean.

Im looking at it now and there appers to be toner dust on the upper side of the ROS window........test.jpg

It seems like there might be a lot of dust on that ROS unit.
Clean it off and lets see what happens
