Follow the link = Xerox Color 550/560/570 Printer with built-in controller Documentation

        and download administrator guide.
Go to Tools menu on the machine and you can make settings.

You will use the correct data from sys1 pwb as reference data for sys2
The Sys2, is not accepting the serial/data in Sys1?

i think this is the last thing i have to ask on dis machine?
          God bless...

The sys2 = the litlle board with battery you removed.
Sys1 is a electronic device which have the correct serial.
You need to make same serial to sys2

You can try to remove again the ess nvm pwb, remove battery, be sure the batt voltage = 3 - 3.2 volts,
put all back and try again the serial procedure.
If dont work then the litlle ess nvm board is defective and you must replace it with new one.
With the new electric board you must do same gp4 procedure because there is no serial on new board.
