this link will take you to the newest firmware update you can download it and put it into a USB drive then put it in the MFP then turn on the MFP and it should update or you can also try to do it thru the IP of the machine and finding where you can put that file to update it hope that helps

on that site just type 5755 in the search bar then click drivers & downloads then go to the bottom of the page it will show the firmware

ip not open becoz network controller was not boot that struck on 75% copy downloaded DML file into my pendrive and put that on my machine then turn on but there is no changes in my disply machine boot normaly

first u told how u install firmware in machine
i think u mistake to load dlm file in machine thro pendrive
otherthen its old version firmware you load it

what version u have
if you not have latest i will send u
