Error code 310-330 registered in faults on xerox wc 7556

Hello friends
I have a xerox wc 7556 which has "fuser system error" on the screen and checking in diagnostics, the machine displays an error code 310-330 (fuser motor fail).

When i remove the fuser out and the in firmiy, the machine works fine for some time, but when it is switched off and the on it brings back the same code and error.
What could bring such a fault, i need some help please

I had this. Replacing the fuser cured it.
