Ricoh tech needing help with turning off user codes for color. I have access to Admin but not sure where to go after that. I just want to clear the user codes to give this machine to a church. Thanks for all your help in advance!

Easiest way is to login to centreware via ip address of device, go into properties enter username admin with password 1111 if asked
down left hand side of screen click on accounting and switch Xerox Standard accounting off there.
this will switch off all codes, if you want to leave codes on just edit settings for each user id to allow colour.
Comment
