[Jamming] Xerox m35

Hi guys. I am having this trouble with a xerox m35. The machine worked fine, and suddenly it keept jamming just beneath the developer unit. I can see that the rollers there are not turning. They are activated by a clutch. The things i did before that : i cleaned the machine, it worked ok. Then i removed the developer unit, BUT i forgot to turn off the machine while i disconnected the cables. Could this have something to do with it? I tried sofware reset but it didn't worked. Any ideas?

i would just take the developer out again see if you missed anything or if something came out of place try doing it with the machine off this time lol
