Hi. I have this Xerox M24. I connect it as a network printer, but i can't scan to pdf. I can scan tiff, jpeg, i can access the mailbox, but no pdf option available. Is something i am missing or i have to update the firmware? Please help me.

there should be an option to turn your scan into a pdf on the IP of the machine, example of IP (192.168.0.1) when you go to your IP of the machine it should show status ,jobs, print, scan, properties, and support. if you go to properties then go down to services on the left bar then down to network scanning after that should show default template click that and you should be able to edit your filing options and turn it to PDF
