hi i installed a new xerox WC 5875 it worked okay for two days whats happening is when i scan copies like 2 to 2(back to back) it ll scan then stops and brings the massage job deleted due to system image error please assist

Can you check for loose cables or memory pwb on the Single Board Controller PWB Module (IIT)
