Fujixerox s2420 always show "please prepare new toner catridge"

Hello,

here we have a about 100 over unit of the fujixerox docucentre s2420. Some of them show notification " please reorder new catridge" on the screen when toner 80% used up. This always happen even the catridge steal heavy. It about 20% of the content. Do you ever facing this situation and what is your concrate solution?
When this happen the machine take time to warming up because it keep pumping the toner. It become a wastage if i change the catridge if it still not completelly finished.

that message is only there so you can order a back up toner for when it is actually completely empty then you replace it a new message will come up saying replace toner and it wont let you print till you replace it hope that answers your question
