Hi ,

I have this code on a color 560 .

I think there is a problem with the developer uni but not sure of the replacement procedure in particular where you input the code when you go into diagnostics.

all comments appreciated.

093-314 Yellow Dispense Fault:

Hold off on changing the Developer unit that's a little extreme and can be expensive.

Its probably the toner dispenser motor, the frequently fail.

Y Dispense Status NVM 762-368

• 0: Dispense Ready
  
• 1: Dispense Doubt
  
  
• 2: Dispense Near Broken
  
• 3: Dispense Broken
  
  
  
  • Check NVM location 762-368. If it is at 3, you must reset it to 0 in order to troubleshoot.
    
  • Check for obstructions from the Dispenser through the Inner Cover Assembly to the Developer Housing
    
    Enter Component Control [093-006] (Yellow Dispense Motor).
    
    If you dont hear anything its the motor.
