1st, try reloading machine software. (A Xerox PWS, Portable Work Station - Laptop running Xerox's software with the specific 73xx software loading program installed is required to reload the software)
2nd, Try ESS initialization. **NOTE** Doing this will routine will set all IOT ESS NVM values to default. Do not attempt the procedure unless there is a known good Machine Settings floppy, an accurate Configuration Report and / or other data that will enable you to reload the correct NVM values for the machine. This procedure will initialize the IOT ESS NVM and then perform a reboot. With the power turned off, press simultaneously and hold the 3, the STOP and the POWER SAVE buttons while switching on the power. Hold the buttons until the boot up screen appears.
Last if none of that works, Replace the ESS board.
Can be defective iit / ips pwb.
First try to replace this electronic board before to try to reload software
Pay attention with software reload. There are version for Europe market and separate version for north american market. Choose the right version of software.
