Re: network services are unavailable dhcp error
To test if the Xerox machine is at fault first try this to bypass your network:
Set a static IP address on your Xerox machine.
Using a laptop computer, set it to have an almost exact identical IP address as the Xerox except change the very last digit.
Connect your laptop to your xerox using a network cable.
At this point your xerox machine and laptop should think they are on the same network together.
You should be able to ping the static IP address of the xerox now from the laptop.
If you open a web browser and enter the xerox's static IP address, you should then be able to see the CWIS xerox internal web page.
If you install a driver for the xerox, you should be able to print to it from your laptop.
If you can do all the above, this then proves that the xerox machine is not at fault. The problem then is on your network and you can find a networking technical support message forum to help you troubleshoot further.
If you are unable to do any of the above, I would try doing a Forced AltBoot software load.Comment

Re: network services are unavailable dhcp error
From the job status screen, you can select the job this is being held for resources to find out what resources the job is looking for. In most cases, it is looking for a particular paper size or paper type.Comment
