[Jamming] Xerox Phaser 6280 Thoughts on running labels from tray 2...

I am working on a Phaser 6280 and cannot get labels to run from the paper tray drawer (tray 2)... The customer says the have run them from there before. I have replace the paper feed tires and the 3 PF clutches. It will run regular paper through it and the label paper will run through
the MP tray... Thanks for any help

You might be able to get a ham sandwich to pass through a fuser once but that doesn't mean your printer can double as a panini maker.
Tell your customer to use only labels that are specifically for use in the Phaser 6280. They can contact the manufacturer of the labels to see if they are rated for use in this printer. They can try different brands. Using the paper tray2 (250 sheete), the sheets have to make a much sharper bend than when using the multipurpose tray 1 (150 sheets).
