Looking for a Xerox tech

Hello,
I'm looking for a Xerox technician who can help me :
I have just bought a second hand Xerox 7830, the last owner subscribed for pagepack solution. Xerox confirmed me that the Pagepack contract was finished but my machine is still in Metered mode.
I would simply want to change it to sold mode... does someone could help me ?

Can only be done through Xerox. Good luck, I'm sure there will be many hoops for you to jump through.

Otherwise make sure you buy "Metered" Toner.
