    DC 12 Fuser

    I'm a newbie and starting a one man shop. My DC 12 prints fine but the ink can scratch off easily. The fuser is heating up but don't know what else I should do. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

      Are you running standard weight of paper and OEM toner in that machine? I'm probably not be the sharpest tool in the Xerox forums, but I do know the smart people here need to know that before they can help you.

          I've ran 80# cover, cardstock and 80# gloss coated.

          The cover and and the card stock are able to print with the image fine. I can scrape off the ink.
          The 80# gloss coated prints but the black does not print onto the sheet. Ink scratches right off as well.
