Xerox PE 120i Show a light horizontal line

Hi Iam working on a xerox PE 120i that has a light horizontal line.

I replace the drum cartridge but line is still there. You can see the line on the drum.

Please help.

What mean horizintal ?
Did you clean the ROS window ?

By horizontal I mean across isntead of up and down.
