Hi

Can anyone please me with error 10-317 on a Xerox X1000 printer.it keeps on coming back everytime the machine comes out of sleepmode or when the machine is switched on in the mornings.i have changed all the fuser parts encluding belt walk sensors but still machines comes with 10-317.

Software = version 2.4.11 is ok.
Check with attention all rails, bearings , springs from fuser unit for wear.
Also a cam motor and gears.

So you mean software must be 2.4.11?

I mean your machine is at 2.4.11 software level and is ok.
There is some problem with 2.4.10 software version but does not apply here.
