    Transfer belt and assy
    Developer Drawer
    Drum

Slide out and remove the drum / DV tray. You will also want to remove the transfer assembly so you have more room to work with. On the inner back frame of the machine there are contacts that meet up with the drums and developer units electrically. You probably have one of these contacts that is either dirty or bent and not making proper contact with either the black drum unit or black developer unit (such as the black developer housing bias voltage contact).
