Punch move sensor fail.

Enter Component Control [14-070] and [14-072], Puncher Move Motor ( PL 21.5), alternately. Select Start.

Check the wire harness going to the punch unit in the back of the finisher. Over time as the punch unit moves back and forth, this causes stress on the wires and eventually can cause one or more of the wires to snap near one of the tie wraps. If you find a broken wire, remove the plastic tie wrap and splice the wire back together.
