Good Day all,
I have an odd issue that we have been battling for over a year. The Xerox WC 7120 is functioning properly in all aspects except when our customer uses a third party program called BlackBaud to try and print. We get the following error:
ERROR: rangecheck
OFFENDING COMMAND: setpagedevice
STACK:
-dictionary-
Our customer is using MAC IOS version 10.10.15
MAC driver version is 3.65.3
We originally updated the firmware to 71.23.33 when the issue started a year ago.
When the customer logs in to Blackbaud they are required to use a program called Citrix Viewer, since it's a web based program
The customer has a couple other Xerox units in the building and this program will print just fine to a WC 7545 and a WC 6400.
I have used Xerox Searchlite and google trying to find a resolution to this issue. I find fixes for similar issues but on different models. When I try to use the same information, I find that the WC 7120 doesn't have the same features, such as "Disabling Advance Print Modes" and the like.
The WC 7120 has postscript3 installed and is set to 70MB
Any thoughts would be very helpful...
Thanks
