I'm getting a slight skew of the image and the image has shifted. I do a jet test page which looks at alot of factors not jus the jets! This is intermittent.

check the stitch motor screws, if the casing is black check for cracks in them, they have new ones that are aluminum.

95% of the machines I service with the black plastic stitch / skew screws are broken.

It will show as one head tilted in the jet test pages.
