Xerox 5638 - cannot enter diagnostic routine

Hi,

i'm writing about a WC5638 SBC.
This is its story: 2 months ago we noticed that the machine lost values so we orderd a new NVM battery.
At that time machine firmware was 25.054.010.000. As soon as we changed battery it stopped working and got stuck at boot sequence as shown in the image.

At this point we reloaded firmware (25.054.53000_00_1) using USB. It succeed in upgrading but now it says "Install Phase incomplete". I try to enter diagnostic and manage to put default password after pressing # and 'Access' button but I cannot go further because immediately it ask for another password which it doesn't accept anymore because it says it's incorrect (2845490) and I don't know why because it worked before battery replacement and firmware upgrade...

Also the machine doesn't recognize xerographic module and fuser...! Is there another code to be used? Or what I can do?

Yes, but as I enter it, it asks me for another password which is supposed to be diagnostic routine password but it won't accept it.

Then you need to reload the machine original software again using foced altboot procedure.

I reloaded software, machine printed the configuration report but now it keeps saying "Foreign Interface Device (FID) not found, please install it" but no FID or something else was never used or installed... And with this message I can't do anything but enter diagnostic routine which asks again for 1934 when I press on # + access and for another uknown password when i click on Diagnostic Routines. Also the printer keeps losing its serial number! Could it be different hardware problem? I don't know what else I could do!

Are you sure theyellow battery you changed is good ?
What software version do you reloaded
Service menu enter = # and acces button pressed then input 1934 as password

Me too does not recognize the drum and the fuser. Is it a nvm memory problem?
