WC-7845 - Fax forwarding

I have connected a WC-7845 to scan to email and it works fine. I try to fax forward to an email and I get an authentication error. I have gone to Services\Faxes\Setup and went to the Forwarding tab to set it up. Is there something that I am missing?

If you set fax forwarding OK, it must work.
OR
Try to load latest FW

Thanks for your suggestion Xeroxsharp. It is at the latest firmware. The solution was simple as I thought it would be. Fax Forwarding was setup, but within the SMTP authentication settings, I did not select the bullet that would allow for fax forwarding to work.
