VERSANT 2100 Finishing

Hey everyone,

Versant 2100 with a Light Production Finisher. I have a fresh load of the latest version of software installed (100.31.83) Using a EX2100 DFE.

My problem is that when I select a booklet it wont print and gives me an error:

Exceeded Finishing [Center] Page Limit [1] For Selected Media Type [Plain] [64-79] GSM

The Light Production Finisher should be able to fold and staple up to 25 sheets?? It will however fold sucessfuly, just not staple.

have you checked if DFE is up to date with all required patches and/or service packs?
