[Error Code] Can anyone help me my dc 5000 shows print engine sub system fault 9-336

My dc 5000 just hit me with 2 items.
First it told me that collection auger 2 would fail soon, then shortly after that message went away and it gave me the print engine sub system fault 9-336. Just trying to understand what happened and know if there is anything I can do.

Any thought or suggestions are greatly appreciated. This machine has been a workhorse and I've seldom had any real problems with it til now.

9-336 refers to toner collection motor #2 not rotating properly. Check that the waste toner bottle is not full. Run DC330 009-025 to check rotation of motor, 009-107 to check auger sensor. NVM 755-809 must be reset to 0 to clear fault.
