Xerox colorqube leaking oil

I have a customer with the color qube 8570. and once in a while there is oil under the machine and on the feed rollers. Replaced the maintance kit and no luck. But I did notice the oil roller has a lot of oil on it. More that I have seen on the 8500 maintance kits. Any help. thanks

That's where most of the Xerox techs are.
It might not hurt to provide pictures of what you are dealing with if possible too, as we can't see that machine as well as you can.
