    Xerox 550 stay fixed on boot sequence

    HELLO
    l need some help.
    l have a 550 fixed on boot sequence 3/6 on the screen !
    l don't find anything in edoc about the boot sequence.
    someone has it the boot sequence information ?

      Check attached picture.
      Also try to reload software.
