Dear Master,

Need advice
I'm ratherly new for servicing xerox wide format plotter, specially docuwide 6030.
one of my customer have an old docuwide 6030 and its not running cause the hdd had a fault systems error and seems need to reformated.

does all master in this forum can help me ???

You have a task ahead of you unless you can acquire a service manual and the CD for reformatting the hard drive. Unfortunately, the software code for the controller in a DocuWide 6030/6050 is different from that used on the US version of those models. So you will need to get this from someone in Europe or the Pacific Rim.
