    Install phase incomplete ( 02 - 540 ) - dc 545

    Hi all

    I have a DC 545 copier Giving me INSTALL PHASE INCOMPLETE MESSAGE.
    Its also showing Fuser Incompatible message. Machine had lost all NVM settings due to bad battery.
    I have changed the Battery on the NVM Pwb and initialized NVM. I also changed the install phase in diagnostics to install complete but still giving me same faults.
    The Machine resident disk (nvm backup) is not available.

    Any experience?

      What battery ?
      What machine software version ?

          • The Memory backup Battery on the Software Module. See attached.
          • The machine system software version is showing 0.00.000.000.


          The Machine was just imported and seems to have been down for long time.

              May be some old configuration report.
              Or the machine is copier only ?
              I have some old software version for it and some saved nvm's but from copier printer machine.

                  Machine is now working well.
                  Yes the machine is copier only, I just did a software reinstallation of all modules and it worked.
