The drum status remains at 0% (replace now)

I have a xerox wc 7435 machine, when i put new drum chips or crums on the drum cartridges the status of the drums in terms of percentages does not to 100% yet the machine says replace drum(0%).

The drums remain in red indicating replace now.
I do not know the problem causing that. I need some help please.

Your CRUM chips are bad. Sounds like they were pulled off of units that were already worn out. Find someplace else to get them.
