Xerox 560 error 093-316

I have a Xerox Color 560 printer that came up with error code 093-316.

I replaced the Cyan Toner and powered up the machine.

How do I clear the error code?

093-316 Cyan Dispense Fault

• Check NVM location 762-370. If it is at 3, you must reset it to 0 in order to troubleshoot

• 0: Dispense Ready
  
• 1: Dispense Doubt
  
• 2: Dispense Near Broken
  
• 3: Dispense Broken
  
  
  CC 093-008 is the Cyan Dispense Motor
  
  
  My guess would be to replace the motor. Open the Toner door, its located behind the black cover. It's fairly easy if you know what your doing, if you don't it can be very messy.

I had to do that once before. You've just got to clean up the toner as you start...and kee it that way.

if you haven't checked the developer drive gears you should check the toner chute the cover between developer unit and the toner hopper to see if it is full of toner, this could be the reason why the code popped up and the reason why it will come back.
