Properly one of your CRUM chip did not engage. Check your CRUM chip on its drum one by one.

Go to your supplies page. Select "other" supplies to show you how much life is left on your drums. This will show you what one is giving you a problem. Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow. All 4 drums are identical and can be swapped with one another. If one of the drums is displaying an error and the others are not, swap it with one of the working drums. If the problem follows the drum (for example if the cyan drum is showing the error and you swap it with the black drum and now the black drum slot indicates the error) order and replace the drum. If the problem stays with the same slot your problem is more complicated.

Thanks everyone. The cause of the problem was toner K CRUM. I canged the K toner cartridge.
