I need some help to all experts in Xerox Machine especially in WorkCentre 7120. I had issue about storing a scan document in workcentre7120, if i do scan a file to usb is not available in service screen panel. I tried to check the configuration of the Machine, I opened the Machine Status, tools, systems settings and common service settings. I select Screen/Button Setting, Services homes and then Change Settings when i opened it the Change Setting i found out the feature button for add button is disable even i logon as a system administrator.
Please help me and advise me what i should do next. I hope somebody could give a solution of my problem.
