Customer has this machine that will not ptint. Comes to ready and either a print job sent or status page from the control panel will not ptint. Machine fires up, fans and motors turn, job shows in the print queue but never prints. eventually, machine deletes job. No error codes. I've updated firmware and installed new sd card and eprom. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
