    Workcentre 7556 in morning gets fuser error message

    WC7556 get fuser error message in morning. After turning off and on it
    woks okay for rest of day until turning on next morning. I do not believe customer has a surge protector.
    I did not want to just order another fuser and then have same issue with new fuser if caused by something else.
    Your help and advice and very much appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

      Fuser motor stall error?

      If so, replace fuser and all will be fine

              Depending on where in the world you are it could be something as simple as the fact that the machine gets very, very cold overnight and then when it is turned on in the morning the fuser does not get up to its expected temperature within the time set so it throws up a fuser error.

                  Could be. The reason I went with stall error is because when we've had it (2 machines), it started out only doing it first thing in the morning. Reboot cured it but got worse over the next month and needed constant reboots until the fuser was replaced.

                          error was fuser motor error as suggested by Jhalfhide. It was error 310-330 and only in morning. i replaced fuser day before yesterday and will call customer later today to see if machine turned on without error in morning. i figured if it was fuser motor drive then it would happen at other times as well. Frank
