4595 Not Networking

Hi everyone...

I have a customer with a 4595 and I for the life of me cant get it to network. The network settings are not where they should be and the Online/Offline setting isn't there either. Driving me crazy. Thanks for any help you may have.

When you print out a config sheet does it show an IP address? If it does try logging into the machine with that ip address and configure the network settings through the web interface.
