Hi guys,may I know model wc5335 & wc5665 update firmware is same way to update it? Mean use usb flash drive to reload.located software and firmware what different? Hope specialist can show me in detail.thanks,

Both can be updated via centeware, if you want to update the 56 with a usb you have to put it in a top folder called upgrade and if you want to update the 53 you have you hold the energy saver while booting up to get into download mode and the file has to be in top folder called DWLD. -
