    xerox 700 error code 077-326

    Hello guys,
This machine was working fine with all A4 paper weights though it was showing error code 077-120 . Could not copy heavy weight A3 paper it could jam at the 2nd BTR, i serviced the registration area only, testing the machine again it brought an error 077-326. The machine gets ready to copy and print but sending a job it runs a bit then shows error code 077-326. what can i do next.

    Regards
    Muks

    Procedure
Check the condition of the IBT belt. The IBT belt is in proper condition without being damaged.
    Y N
Replace the IBT Belt (PL 7.3).
Enter dC330 [042-018 IBT Steering Motor (CW) Low Current]. The IBT Steering Motor
    comes ON.
    Y N
Go to OF 99-9 and troubleshoot the IBT Steering Motor, BSD 9.19 (PL 7.4).
Select [042-200 Belt Home Position Sensor]. The IBT Belt Home position can be detected.
    Y N
Go to OF 99-1 and troubleshoot the Transfer Belt Home Sensor, BSD 9.20 (PL 7.5).
Select [094-202 Post 2nd BTR Sensor]. Place paper in front of the Post 2nd BTR Sensor. The
    display changes.
    Y N
Go to OF 99-1 and troubleshoot the Post 2nd BTR Sensor BSD 9.28 (PL 7.9).
Replace the MCU PWB (PL 11.1).

            • Sounds like you need to check reg unit again. Motor/ sensor unplugged? gear not driving? then get back to original problem. On original problem, did you check to make it showed the proper paper size and orientation?

            Hello thanks guys,
When i changed the Regi NIP Release Mot the fault code cleared ok.
All trays are working fine except tray 5 jams paper 300gm heavy weight at the registration rollers .
Is there any settings i have to do?
