[Misc] Workcentre 7232 replace waste bottle

Hi all,
I dont have to much experiences with xerox machines. One 7232 machine shows message from pictures. I supposed that we have to change waste bottle, but interesting is that on machine display is message that all toners are 0%. Is this common issue?IMG_2599.JPGIMG_2598.JPG

the waste is different than the toners... you need to verify that the toners are empty.. if so, replace waste and toners.

I know that is waste is different, just end user told that he is sure that level of color toners was over 50%. Now on display is every toner 0%
