Hi i have a dc50 with fiery e3xy fiery i reinstall the fiery software it working but all printing get a red background.
need help-

Do you have background when print diagnostic print from machine or when copy something?

If you do not have background when copy then check cable between fiery and machine and print card in fiery.

copyng is good but when the image is from the fiery it came with red backgrownd.I test the fiery with 2 diferent dc250 still the same

hi i think is not copy machine problem because it do same thing on 2 diferent 250 when i test the e3xy.

If you reloaded software and it still gives you the image problem it must be a hardware problem. Try a new cable or maybe the Video Card is bad.
