    WC7556 not dispensing cyan toner stays at 100%

    WC7556 not dispensing cyan toner. New cartridge and stays at 100% and there is no blue in copies or prints. i tried another cartridge and changed the toner motor but still have problem Pleas assist me in this. Frank/AP

      Disassembled machine and will need new cyan dv unit as the gears are shot and dv unit wasn't turning.

          Cyan dv unit was not turning. Disassembled and the gears on dv unit are damaged. Ordering today.

              replaced developer unit and developer and machine is running ok now.
