DC 550 Black only print not fusing

Hi
Weird problem on a DC 550.When I print Black only print on a DC550 there is no proper fusing . When i print CMYK there is no issues. I tried different paper setting Heavyweight 3 & 4 and different media also but no change.

I inter changed the fuser to another machine and it prints fine . Toner is from the same source/batch for both the machines. .

Any suggestions on what to do .Thanks

Seems that you have problems with ghosting. It was common on DC 250 series but there were NVM locations to change to solve problem.
I dont know how to solve it on C 560 series. NVM is not the same.

Yeah I thought the same too but wasn't sure.i hope someone can point me to the correct NVM.

is it OEM toner? I had some compatibles that did that.

upgraded integrated fiery to 1.1 sp3 and its working fine now .
