I have a Xerox WC5225 that says 0% toner so I ordered another toner and when I installed it it says Please reinsert improperly inserted toner cartridge error message. When I put the old toner back in I think it says 0% or 9%. The drum was also 0% so I got a new drum and that part is ok now and 100%. The toner is the only problem now. Does anyone know the fix for this? Thanks.
