[Jamming] wc7835

Hi,
I have a xerox WC7835 where there is jam from tray 1 & bypass tray.
On tray 2,3,& 4 the machine work fine.
On tray 1 the paper stop before the fuser & from by bypass tray paper stop at registration.
Tray 1 & bypass feed rolls new.
Can someone help for this strange problem.

I had the same isue on 7535 few year ago. Paper stop at the reg. roller.
I replaced MCU PWB
